OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education dated January 18, 2002, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 194 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Handicapped Persons' Education Act, is pleased to appoint the following persons as members of the Board of Directors of the Atlantic Provinces Special Education Authority, each for a term of office of two years commencing March 1, 2002: J. Urban Cannon of Lower Sackville, Halifax Regional Municipality; and Heather Macpherson of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality.
