B.C. Reg. 73/2011 , deposited April 27, 2011, pursuant to the EMPLOYMENT AND ASSISTANCE ACT [Section 33 (3)] and the EMPLOYMENT AND ASSISTANCE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES ACT [Section 24 (3)]. Ministerial Order M106/2011, dated April 21, 2011.

I, Harry Bloy, Minister of Social Development and Minister Responsible for Multiculturalism, order that the Forms Regulation, B.C. Reg. 315/2005, is amended by

(

a) repealing the application for income assistance (part 1) and application for disability assistance (part 1) form and substituting the attached form with the same title;

(

b) repealing the monthly report form and substituting the attached form with the same title, and

(

c) repealing the employment and assistance review and employment and assistance for persons with disabilities review form and substituting the attached form with the same title.
