Order in Council 1423/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Barbara Walker-Renshaw of Oakville, appointed by O.C. 353/2024 as a part-time lawyer member of the Consent and Capacity Board, has resigned from her appointment effective June 27, 2025;

Now therefore , pursuant to the Health Care Consent Act, 1996 , Order in Council numbered O.C. 353/2024 be revoked.
