Order in Council 356/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas, by Order in Council numbered 1476/2021, effective December 2, 2021, Shelley Tapp of St. Catharines was appointed as a non-voting Ministry of Colleges and Universities representative of the board of directors of the Higher Education Quality Council of Ontario;

Now therefore, pursuant to subsections 2(3) and 2(5) of the Higher Education Quality Council of Ontario Act , 2005 , Order in Council 1476/2021 is revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
