Order in Council 1367/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1136/2020, dated July 30, 2020, Dianne R. Denault was appointed as a member of the Town of Cochrane Police Services Board for a term of three years effective August 17, 2020;

And

whereas Dianne R. Denault has, in writing, resigned her appointment;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1136/2020, dated July 30, 2020, appointing Dianne R. Denault as a member of the Town of Cochrane Police Services Board, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
