Notice of Protected Water Supply Area

under the

Environment Act

Under the authority of

section 10 of the Environment Act,

I designate the area generally known as the Upper Hodges Pond Water Supply Area

for the Town of Lamaline as a protected water supply area.

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 21 592,000 metres east 5,193,000 metres north 10 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 316 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,050 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 29 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 550 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 313 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 675 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 346 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 550 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 285 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 425 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 54 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 625 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 335 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 65 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 127 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,350 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 169 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,025 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 156 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,675 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 247 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,000 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 273 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres to the point of commencement.
