Order in Council 448/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council 573/2017 the Lieutenant Governor in Council appointed Rumina Velshi as part-time member of the Ontario Energy Board for a fixed term of two years, effective March 22, 2017;

And

whereas Rumina Velshi resigned from such position, effective July 31, 2018;

Now therefore pursuant to subsection 4.1(2) of the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998 , the appointment as a part-time member of the Ontario Energy Board of Rumina Velshi by Order-in-Council 573/2017 is hereby revoked, effective as of July 31, 2018.
