OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated January 10, 2018, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal, on behalf of the Province, to enter into an Agreement Concerning the Disclosure of Driver’s Licence Information with Statistics Canada, which is attached as
Schedule “A”, and forms part of the Report and Recommendation.
