On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portion of highway in the geographic township of Studholme, District of Cochrane, being part of Lot 7, Concession 4, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as

Part 1 on a Reference Plan deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Cochrane as Plan 6R-9056 ( MTO Plan P-8172-5) be closed, pursuant to subsection 29(2) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.S.O. 1990,

chapter P. 50 as amended.
