Order in Council 1203/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the prerogative of Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario to appoint persons to serve Her Majesty’s Government of Ontario in the discharge of its executive obligations and responsibilities, O.C. 506/2019 dated April 4, 2019 approving Michael Diamond for election as a member of the board of directors of the Ontario Trillium Foundation be revoked, effective June 10, 2021.
