Order in Council 1694/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Gabrielle Pop-Lazic was reappointed as part-time member of the Child and Family Services Review Board and the Custody Review Board for a fixed term of three years, effective January 31, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 152/2020;

And

whereas Gabrielle Pop-Lazic tendered her resignation effective July 5, 2021;

Therefore, pursuant to subsections 333(2) and 151(2) of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017 , Order in Council O.C. 152/2020 be revoked effective July 5, 2021.
