Order in Council 862/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities Act,

George Zegarac

be appointed Deputy Minister of Training, Colleges and Universities, effective June 10, 2019, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not extending beyond December 1, 2021;

and further that Order in Council O.C. 985/2018, dated June 29, 2018, be revoked effective June 10, 2019.
