OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated October 14, 1999, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Wendy Doggett of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Department of Consumer Affairs, which appointment was made by Order in Council 88-1131 dated October 12, 1988, as amended by Order in Council 90-754 dated June 19, 1990; and (

b) appoint Wendy Doreen Gillis of Truro, Colchester County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia.
