Order in Council 1711/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 9 of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Act , Eyal Cohen of Toronto be designated as part-time Chair of the Committee to Evaluate Drugs to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council effective December 12, 2021 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later, to and including December 11, 2022.
