OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Communities, Culture, Tourism and Heritage dated March 28, 2025, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 199 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Heritage Property Ac t, and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , hereby revokes the appointment of Aleen Stanton of Pictou County as a member of the Advisory Council on Heritage Property, made by Order in Council 2024-306 dated August 8, 2024, effective April 22, 2025.
