Order in Council 1547/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Marc Seaman has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Ottawa Convention Centre Corporation;

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Ottawa Convention Centre Corporation Act , that Order in Council O.C. 89/2016 dated January 25, 2016 reappointing and redesignating Marc Seaman of Ottawa as a member and chair of the Board of Directors be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
