Order in Council 1014/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 4.1 (2), 4.1(5) and 4.1(8) of the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998,

Geoff Owen, of Toronto

be reappointed as a part-time member and appointed as part-time Chair of the board of directors of the Ontario Energy Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one year, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

And further that Order in Council 623/2024 be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
