OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated April 30, 2007, pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the granting of an easement for the purpose of constructing, installing, using, maintaining, repairing and replacing an outfall pipe, and for no other purpose, with respect to Crown land at Smiths Cove, Digby County, at the approximate location shown marked in red on the plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to the Municipality of the District of Digby, a body corporate, its successors and assigns, for the consideration of $1500.00 per hectare, multiplied by the total area of Crown land occupied by the easement, with a minimum consideration of $600.00 and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
