OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated June 19, 2012, and pursuant to subsection 3(1) of

Chapter 358 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Private Ways Act , is pleased to appoint Mr. Ralph Taylor of Truro, Nova Scotia, as Commissioner to hear the application of Mr. Avard Mader for a right of way, effective July 24, 2012.
