OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated January 26, 2016, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Health and Wellness entering into an agreement with Statistics Canada to allow the Department of Health and Wellness to receive data from the 2013 Canadian Tobacco, Alcohol and Drugs Survey, substantially in the form of agreement as set out in
Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, with such modifications as the Minister of Health and Wellness and Statistics Canada determine are necessary, effective on and after February 23, 2016.
