On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

1 Form 2 of the Partnership Regulation, B.C. Reg. 524/78, is amended

(

a) in

Part C by striking out " RESIDENTIAL OR REGISTERED ADDRESS - Must be a physical location , CANNOT be just a general delivery, post office box, rural route, site, or comp. number " and substituting " PROPRIETOR ADDRESS - Must be a residential address if the proprietor is an individual", and

(

b) in Part D by striking out " RESIDENTIAL OR REGISTERED ADDRESS - Must be a physical location , CANNOT be just a general delivery, post office box, rural route, site, or comp. number " wherever it appears and substituting " PARTNER ADDRESS - Must be a residential address if the partner is an individual".

2 Form 3 is amended

(

a) in Part F by striking out " Change of Address(es) " and substituting " Change of Address Only ",

(

b) in paragraph (

c) of Part F by striking out " RESIDENTIAL OR REGISTERED ADDRESS - Must be a physical location , CANNOT be just a general delivery, post office box, rural route, site, or comp. number " and substituting " PROPRIETOR ADDRESS - Must be a residential address if the proprietor is an individual - or - PARTNER NAME AND ADDRESS - Must be a residential address if the partner is an individual", and

(

c) in Part H by striking out " RESIDENTIAL OR REGISTERED ADDRESS - Must be a physical location , CANNOT be just a general delivery, post office box, rural route, site, or comp. number " wherever it appears and substituting " PARTNER ADDRESS - Must be a residential address if the partner is an individual".
