OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education dated May 19, 2010, and pursuant to clause 5(2)(
b) of
Chapter 194 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Handicapped Persons' Education Act, is pleased to appoint Christine Grimm of Bible Hill, County of Colchester, and Don Glover of Mahone Bay, County of Lunenburg, as members of the Board of Directors of the Atlantic Provinces Special Education Authority for a term of office of two years commencing June 22, 2010.
