Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated February 5, 2002, and pursuant to

Section 9 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (

a) lease certain lands containing 4,806 square feet, more or less, situate at or near Meteghan River, in the County of Digby, as shown outlined in red on

Schedule "A" and as outlined in red on the plan described as

Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) lease the land to Le Conseil de d?veloppement ?conomique de la Nouvelle-+cosse, of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, for 19 years, 364 days; and at a rental of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) for the entire term of the lease; (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make such a lease in such form as the Minister determines.
