On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective January 1, 2016,

section 8 of the Home Owner Grant Regulation, B.C. Reg. 100/2002, is amended by striking out “$1 100 000” and substituting “$1 200 000”.
