Section 34 of

Chapter 6 of the Acts of 2018, the Research Nova Scotia Corporation Act , is pleased to amend the Research Nova Scotia Corporation Funding Regulations , N.S. Reg. 212/2018, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2018-317 dated December 4, 2018, to repeal the prescribed areas of research funded by the Research Nova Scotia Corporation, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after May 1, 2025.
