, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Municipal Affairs, makes the following Order.

This Order may be cited as the Discovery Regional Service Board Order

Creation of region

The towns, local service districts and unincorporated areas of the Island of Newfoundland situated on the Bonavista Peninsula north and east of a line drawn from Port Blandford to Morley's Siding and then onwards to New Bonaventure, including the Town of Port Blandford and the Communities of Morleys Siding and New Bonaventure, are constituted as a region with the name of the Discovery Region.

Establishment of board

The Discovery Regional Service Board is established for the region with the purpose of providing regional services in accordance with the Act.
