Order in Council 1713/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 86.1(4) of the Courts of Justice Act , Case Management Master Barbara McAfee be reappointed as case management master of the Superior Court of Justice for a fixed term of seven years, effective February 12, 2021.
