OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated March 13, 2003, pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 351 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Nova Scotia Power Finance Corporation Act, is pleased, effective April 16, 2003, to revoke the appointment of Douglas P. Stratton as a member of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Power Finance Corporation, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2002-480 dated October 24, 2002.
