OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources dated March 2, 2005 and pursuant to Sections 32 and 33 of

Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to: (

a) effective April 1, 2004, revoke approval of the Pathologist and Specialist Pay Plan approved by Order in Council 2002-244 dated May 16, 2002; (

b) effective April 1, 2004, revoke approval of the Medical Services Pay Plan approved by Order in Council 2002-244 dated May 16, 2002; (

c) approve the Medical Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule "I" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and from April 1, 2004; and (

d) approve "at risk" pay for performance, subject to policies established by the Public Service Commission, for Medical Classification and Pay Plan employees who are at the top of their salary range.
