OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated January 24, 2014, and pursuant to

Section 9 of the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Financial Assistance Regulations , N.S. Reg 133/2001, made pursuant to

Chapter 30 of the Acts of 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act , is pleased to consent to the decision of the Board of Directors of Nova Scotia Business Incorporated dated June 26, 2013, to amend the terms of the financial assistance authorized by Order in Council 2010-304 dated July 27, 2010, to provide financial assistance by way of a payroll rebate to eEye Inc. in an amount not to exceed Two Million, Nine Hundred Three Thousand, Four Hundred Sixty Three Dollars ($2,903,463.00).
