OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated January 19, 2017, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Attorney General and Minister of Justice entering into a Pilot Project Funding Agreement for the period from December 11, 2016 to March 31, 2017, with her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada, as represented by the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada, regarding Nova Scotia’s Family Justice Video Information Session Series, substantially in the form or to like effect as set out in
Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
