OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources dated October 27, 1998, pursuant to Sections 32 and 33 of

Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, and

Section 3 of

Chapter 376 of the said Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to: (

a) effective November 1, 1998, revoke approval of the Management Compensation Pay Plan approved by Order in Council 91-32, dated January 15, 1991; (

b) effective November 1, 1998, revoke approval of the Medical Services Classification and Pay Plan approved by Order in Council 91-962, dated August 20, 1991; (

c) effective November 1, 1998, revoke approval of the Pathologists and Specialists Pay Plan approved by Order in Council 91-961, dated August 20, 1991; (

d) approve the Management Compensation Pay Plan, containing the recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule "I" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, on and from November 1, 1998, to March 31, 1999; (

e) approve the Management Compensation Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule "II" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation effective on and from April 1, 1999; (

f) approve the Medical Services Classification and Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule "III" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and from November 1, 1998, to March 31, 1999; (

g) approve the Medical Services Classification and Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule "IV" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation effective on and from April 1, 1999; (

h) approve the Pathologists and Specialists Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule "V" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and from November 1, 1998, to March 31, 1999; and (

i) approve the Pathologists and Specialists Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule "VI" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation effective on and from April 1, 1999.
