OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia dated January 6, 2016, and pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 28 of the Acts of 1996, the Real Estate Trading Act , is pleased to appoint John Nause of Overton, Yarmouth County, Nova Scotia, as a member of the Nova Scotia Real Estate Commission for a term of three years commencing April 5, 2016.
