Order in Council 745/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 874/93, dated April 7, 1993, Dr. William A. Hayes was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And

whereas Dr. William A. Hayes has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective May 25, 2015;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 874/93, dated April 7, 1993, appointing Dr. William A. Hayes as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
