OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board dated June 29, 2016, and pursuant to
Section 35 of
Chapter 379 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Trustee Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board to pay to the Estate of the late Elvin James Barker the sum of nine hundred twenty-four dollars and forty-seven cents ($924.47), held by the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board pursuant to subsection 28(2) of the Public Trustee Act , being his share of the Estate of the late Emily Esther McEnaney, together with interest at the rate of Prime less 2.0% from October 24, 2002 to the date of payment, less an administrative charge of 5% on accrued interest.
