OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Public Works dated October 5, 2021, and pursuant to

Section 21 of

Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act , is requested to designate as a controlled access highway the following sections of highway in the County of Hants: (

a) the Lantz Connector Road between Trunk 2 and 50 m west of the Highway 102 Exit 8A interchange; (

b) the ramps and roundabouts at the Highway 102 Exit 8A Lantz Interchange; (

c) the roundabout at the Lantz Connector Road/Trunk 2 intersection; (

d) the roundabout at the Lantz Connector Road/Allan Shaw Drive intersection; and (

e) two sections of Trunk 2, 42 m north and 100 m south of the Lantz Connector Road/Trunk 2 Roundabout, all as shown on

Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of this Report and Recommendation.
