BETWEEN: GOVERNMENT OF THE PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA (the "Government") AND: MEDICAL SERVICES COMMISSION (the "Commission") AND: BRITISH COLUMBIA MEDICAL ASSOCIATION (the "BCMA")

WHEREAS: A. The parties entered into an agreement entitled the "Master Agreement" and dated December 21, 1993; and B. The parties wish to amend the Master Agreement, on the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.

NOW THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:

Article 20.1 of the Master Agreement is amended to extend the term of the agreement to midnight, March 31, 2001. 2. In all other respects, the terms and conditions of the Master Agreement are confirmed. 3. Notwithstanding the date of execution or delivery of this Amending Agreement, this Amending Agreement will be effective as of April 1, 2000 in accordance with its terms.
