B.C. Reg. 194/2025 , deposited November 13, 2025, under the EMPLOYMENT AND ASSISTANCE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES ACT [section 26]. Order in Council 515/2025, approved and ordered November 13, 2025.
On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that,
(
a) effective December 1, 2025, the Employment and Assistance for Persons with Disabilities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 265/2002, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix 1, and
(
b) effective January 1, 2026, the Employment and Assistance for Persons with Disabilities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 265/2002, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix 2.

Appendix 1
1 The table in
section 2 (1) of
Schedule A of the Employment and Assistance for Persons with Disabilities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 265/2002, is amended in items 1 to 21 by repealing Column 3 and substituting the following as indicated:

Appendix 2
Section 3 (1) of
Schedule B of the Employment and Assistance for Persons with Disabilities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 265/2002, is amended in paragraph (
b) of the definition of "base amount" by striking out " $1 620 " and substituting " $1 950 ".
