Section 16 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act is pleased to approve the Minister of Lands and Forestry: a. issuing a warranty deed to convey a parcel of Crown lands containing approximately 0.25 hectare (0.61 acre) located at Watson Lake, Halifax County, shown outlined in bold on the
Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation to Robin Lee Tedford, or his respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators or approved successors and assigns, for the consideration of $1.00, plus HST if applicable; and b. executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
