Order in Council 729/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 16(1) of the Justices of the Peace Act , Her Worship Christina Louise Logue , a justice of the peace, be appointed as regional senior justice of the peace for the East Region for a fixed term of three years, effective July 1, 2026.

And further, that the appointment of His Worship Herbert Helmut Kreling as regional senior justice of the peace for the East Region, made by Order in Council numbered 194/2024 be revoked, effective June 30, 2026.
