PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA ORDER OF THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL Order in Council No. ' - 1085 , Approved and Ordered DEC Executive Council Chambers, Victoria On the recommendation of the undei signed, the Lieutenant Governor, by and w ith the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the definition of "limited speed motorcycle" in

section the Motor Vehicle Act Regulations, B.C. Reg. 26/58, is amended (

a) by repealing paragraph (

a) and substituting the following: (

a) is equipped with a motor having (

i) a piston displacement of not more than cc, or (ii) a power source that produces a maximum of 1.5 kw, and (
