On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 18(1) of the Highway 407 Act, 1998 , S.O. 1998,

be appointed as a dispute arbitrator for a period of one (1) year effective from April 15, 2017.
