OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Public Works dated June 3, 2025, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective on and after June 26, 2025, to approve the Minister of Public Works entering into an Agreement with His Majesty the King in Right of Canada as represented by the Chief Statistician, Statistics Canada, substantially in the form in Appendix “I” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the agreement.
