SASKENERGY (MISCELLANEOUS) 1 c

CHAPTER

An Act to amend The SaskEnergy Act (Assented to May 15, 2019) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The SaskEnergy (Miscellaneous) Amendment Act, 2019. SS 1992, c S-35.1 amended The SaskEnergy Act is amended in the manner set forth in this Act.

Section amended The following subsection is added after subsection 24(1): “

(1.1) An approval by the Lieutenant Governor in Council pursuant to subsection (1) may be made with respect to a particular case or may be general in nature”.

Section amended Subsection 42(1) is amended by striking out “ $1,700,000,000” and substituting “$2,500,000,000”.

Section amended The following subsection is added after subsection 61(1): “

(1.1) An approval by the Lieutenant Governor in Council pursuant to subsection (1) may be made with respect to a particular case or may be general in nature”.
