Chapter 436 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Solemnization of Marriage Act, is pleased to appoint Elaine St. Louis, Customer Service Representative, of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as Deputy Issuer of Marriage Licenses effective December 27, 2002.
