Order in Council 1307/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Lieutenant Governor in Council established the Skilled Trades Panel, by Order in Council 1266/2020, dated September 3, 2020, made under

section 4 of the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities Act ;

Therefore , pursuant to

section 4 of the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities Act,

Shaun J. Scott of Guelph

be appointed as member of the Skilled Trades Panel to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not extending beyond June 2, 2021, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
