An Act to Incorporate the Armdale Yacht Club , is pleased to approve an amendment to the by-laws of the Armdale Yacht Club, made by special meeting on July 19, 2016, in the manner set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after December 5, 2016.
