ORDER OF THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL Order in Council No. 1119 , Approved and Ordered DEC 3 PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA Lieutenant Governor Executive Council Chambers, Victoria On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that: (

a) the following persons are each appointed as a full time vice chair of the Workers Compensation Review Board for a 2 year term: David Cox Norman Denney Margaret Hamer Inderjeet Hundal Kevin Johnson Ian Puchlik (

b) and each of the persons listed in paragraph (

a) shall be paid for their work as a vice chair at 91% of Level under the Management Job Evaluation Plan. (

c) the following persons are each appointed as vice chairs of the Workers Compensation Review Board: Guy Downie Earl Simm (

d) and each of the persons listed in paragraph (
