CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Creditors’ Relief Act (Assented to April 29, 1980) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Creditors’ Relief Amendment Act, 1980. Rev. Stat. c. C-46,

section amended Subsection 20(1) of The Creditors’ Relief Act is amended by adding after “provided” in the last line the following: “and to compliance with The Executions Act with respect to registration of the certificate in the Personal Property Registry and the land titles offices”.
