Order in Council 1159/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Donald Braden of Kingston, reappointed by O.C. 1353/2019 as a part-time Psychiatrist member of the Consent and Capacity Board, has resigned from his appointment effective May 31, 2022;

Now therefore , pursuant to the Health Care Consent Act, 1996 , Order in Council numbered O.C. 1353/2019 be revoked.
